Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Participate in educational programs and in-service training to maintain current knowledge and skills

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
