About Us:
Mason Health Care Center is a long-term care facility under new management. We’re building a team of compassionate caregivers who are committed to providing high-quality care and creating a positive workplace for everyone.

LPN Responiibilities Include:

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician

• Administer medications and treatments accurately

• Monitor patient conditions and document changes

• Take vital signs and maintain clinical records

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized care environment

• Assist residents with daily needs and comfort

• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and care team staff

• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
