Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled GPN to join our dedicated team at Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Responsibilities:
Provide personalized nursing care to residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and administering medications and treatments
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, and communicate effectively with families and caregivers
Maintain accurate records and documentation of care and services provided
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements
