Looking for flexible weekend hours with a supportive rehab team? CareCore at Willowood is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to assist with weekend skilled admissions and provide high-quality care in our SNF/LTC setting.

Join a collaborative in-house rehab team where your clinical skills and patient-centered approach truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment

• Assist with weekend skilled admissions coverage

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes

• Complete timely documentation using Net Health

• Help residents improve independence, safety, and quality of life

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio

• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Comfortable working independently during weekend coverage

• Experience with Net Health preferred
