Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My mother has had a severe stroke and is bed bound. I'm going to be living there with her but I still have to work a full-time job and I need help with daily activities and having someone with her at all times while I work. About the care needs: Someone who has dealt with stroke patients. Is okay with incontinence and lack of verbal communication. I'm a real estate appraiser who works from home but I'm away a few hours each day on appointments. There will be two dogs in the house as well but very friendly. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
