Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Sunnyvale. Baby going through 4 month sleep regression so wakes up a bunch. Need help managing that and preferably help us figure out how to fix this. We might consider doing this for longer but for now want to try for a month. 2-3 times/week so we can recharge.
