Housekeeper Needed

Were a busy family looking for a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper/household helper. In addition to regular cleaning, we need help with laundry, dishes, kitchen reset, light tidying, vacuuming/carpet cleaning as needed, and keeping common areas organized. Wed love someone who is proactive, efficient, trustworthy, and able to notice what needs to be done without constant direction. We are hoping for someone who can help the home feel consistently reset, not just surface-cleaned. Wed like to start with a paid 2-week trial and continue regularly if its a good fit. References preferred.
