House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

We have dogs, one is that sheds, so they need equipment that handles pet hair on carpet, bare floors and furniture. I have family visiting at end of the month with a newborn and a 4-year-old with allergies. I am desirous of deep cleaning and maintenance leading ng up to the visit.
