Responsibilities:

• Help customers select and purchase vehicles from a huge selection of new and pre-owned inventory, prospect for new customers, and more. Bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work every day!
• Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory
• Greet customers and identify vehicles in inventory that meet their needs. Great listening skills are important!
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Present sales pricing and complete paperwork
• Provide a completely satisfied customer buying experience
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
• Prospect for new customers

Qualifications:

• Top performing sales experience is preferred but not required. We train for success!
• Energetic, outgoing, and motivated to succeed, with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good computer and social media skills
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and good work ethic
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screen
