Responsibilities: 

• Safely transport service customers to and from the dealership and local destinations
• Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
• Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle when needed
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and presentable
• Coordinate transportation schedules with the service department
• Make occasional dealership errands or vehicle deliveries as needed
• Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety procedures
• Help create a positive experience for every customer
  
  
  

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Previous driving, customer service, valet, rideshare, or shuttle experience is a plus, but not required
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Punctual, dependable, and organized
