Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers about service options and costs, schedule appointments and more.
• Greet customers and answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and keep customers informed of changes 
• Upon service work completion, review work order with the customer to ensure all they are satisfied
• Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Auto Dealership Service Advisor experience is required
• Good customer service, computer and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of automotive mechanical operations
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and insurance
