$5,000 Bonus made up as follows:

Milestone Bonus #1: Earn $2,500 after your first 90 days (maintaining an average of just 8 cars per month).

Milestone Bonus #2: Earn another $2,500 after 180 days (maintaining an average of 10 cars per month).

• Deliver a fast, confident, customerâ€'focused buying experience 
• Build a pipeline that keeps your board full 
• Master Chevrolet’s lineup and sell with authority 
• Work with a leadership team that pushes you to your highest earning potential 
• Keep the showroom buzzing with energy, urgency, and professionalism 

Who We Want:

• High-energy closers; people who hate losing; goalâ€'crushers who thrive under pressure; strong communicators with a competitive edge; professionals who want BIG commissions, not small paychecks
• Automotive experience is great — but drive and hustle matter more
• Sales experience - Automotive sales experience is preferred or minimum of 6 months sales experience in another industry
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Must have clean driving record and be deemed “insurable to drive” through Parks Chevrolet’s insurance company

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
