Schedule: 9:00am–5:30pm

What You'll Do
- Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Accurately label and process specimens according to established procedures
- Verify patient identification and ensure proper documentation, including patient signatures post-venipuncture
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment at all times
- Provide excellent customer service while building trust and confidence with patients
- Support multiple locations as needed and adapt to changing business demands
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Strong specimen collection and processing skills with attention to accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
- Keyboard and data entry proficiency
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
