Schedule: Hours vary between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections across diverse patient populations, including pediatric and geriatric patients
- Travel between multiple sites to provide coverage as needed with minimal notice
- Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Verify patient identification and ensure proper documentation and compliance with established procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with patients and colleagues
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Strong experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and flexibility to travel between locations
- Keyboard/data entry proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
