Location: Wichita, KS
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Hours vary between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections across diverse patient populations, including pediatric and geriatric patients
• Travel between multiple sites to provide coverage as needed with minimal notice
• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Verify patient identification and ensure proper documentation and compliance with established procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment at all times
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with patients and colleagues

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and flexibility to travel between locations
• Keyboard/data entry proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
