Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

You play a vital role in the patient experience and diagnostic process by ensuring accurate specimen collection while building trust and confidence with every patient interaction.
What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Verify patient identification and maintain proper documentation in compliance with procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
- Deliver excellent customer service while fostering a positive patient experience
- Support multiple locations as needed based on business demands
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
- Keyboard/data entry proficiency
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
