Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway for hire)
Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:00pm

As a Phlebotomist, you play a vital role in ensuring accurate diagnostic results and a positive patient experience. Your ability to adapt across locations and maintain quality standards directly supports both operational success and patient trust.
What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens safely and accurately from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Perform specimen processing following established clinical and forensic procedures
- Verify patient demographic information and obtain signatures to confirm specimen labeling accuracy
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures and creating a positive patient experience
- Support multiple sites, including BFW and Mercy Wellness, based on business needs
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Strong phlebotomy skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel between sites
- Keyboarding/data entry proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment
- Flexibility to support weekends, holidays, overtime, or on-call needs as required
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
