Location: Festus, MO
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway for hire)
Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Collect blood specimens safely and accurately from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Perform specimen processing following established clinical and forensic procedures
• Verify patient demographic information and obtain signatures to confirm specimen labeling accuracy
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures and creating a positive patient experience
• Support multiple sites, including BFW and Mercy Wellness, based on business needs

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong phlebotomy skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel between sites
• Keyboarding/data entry proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment
• Flexibility to support weekends, holidays, overtime, or on-call needs as required
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
