Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: Greenfield, MO
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Summary of the Role:
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and documenting laboratory results to support quality and production operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to accurately interpret and communicate lab findings while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory testing and record results accurately.
- Interpret laboratory data and report findings according to company procedures.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Enter laboratory results into computer systems.
- Assist with sample preparation and handling.
- Ensure laboratory equipment and work areas remain clean and organized.
- Follow all laboratory safety procedures and quality standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Strong reading comprehension and the ability to understand laboratory results.
- Ability to accurately document and communicate test results.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Previous laboratory, quality control, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
Compensation:
$15.00 per hour
