Finish Carpenter/Foreman

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks and a keen eye for detail. VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE MANDATORY. RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS NECESSARY.

Residential and Light Commercial Construction company. In the area of Greensburg, PA 15601. The ideal candidate would have 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE with a FIRM KNOWLEDGE of the many of the categories below. If you have many or most of these skills, we would like to talk to you!

· Electrical (wiring for new circuits, connecting to existing wiring or circuits, installing or changing light fixtures, new dimmer installation, receptacle and outlet installation/replacement, recessed LED lighting installation/replacement)

· Plumbing (PEX, PVC, ABS, Copper, CPVC. Install new or connect to existing for the purposes of installing tubs, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, vanities, dishwashers, fridge water lines)

· HVAC (install minor amounts of duct work to eliminate a run or relocate a run, no full installations required)

· Carpentry (cabinet installation, butcher block counters, entry/interior door repair/install, storm door install/replace, install/replace locksets, repair/install interior or exterior railings, repair/install LVT flooring, new deck construction or repairs, wall framing, floor framing, small roof framing, stair framing, new or replacement windows, custom aluminum bending for exterior finishes, repair/install suspended ceilings, repair/install casing and baseboard)

· Drywall (install/replace insulation, install drywall or plasterboard, seam and tape, sand, prime, paint, no full plaster installations)

· Coordinate with Project Manager or Owners or Homeowners with questions or problems that arise. Work from written estimates to complete all quoted renovations.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Able to work in an environment with heights over 20 feet
• Able to work in an environment with heights over 6 feet
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 60 lbs
