Qualifications

Apprentice & Delivery Positions

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school experience is a plus. 
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, or general labor. 
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and follow direction. 
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. 
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 

Lead Positions

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or gas/mechanical installation. 
• Previous experience leading or mentoring installation or trade crews. 
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage job sites professionally. 
• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience preferred for Electrical Lead positions.
