Now Hiring - Manufacturing Handler Associate (Experience Needed) (POV)

Schedule: This is a full-time position. Overtime, weekends, and schedule flexibility may be required based on production needs.

Required Qualifications

• Some experience in similar work is required.
• Safely work in a fast-paced sawmill or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Follow instructions, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn new skills.
• Previous experience in sawmill, lumber, pallet, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, farming, or equipment operation preferred.
• Experience with material handling, lumber sorting, conveyors, machine centers, or production equipment a plus.
• Basic knowledge of lumber quality, defects, waste separation, or production flow preferred.
• Forklift or equipment operation experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This position works in an industrial sawmill environment with exposure to noise, sawdust, moving equipment, lumber, forklifts, weather conditions, and varying temperatures. The employee may be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, bend, twist, push, pull, reach, and perform repetitive motions. Please note - Team members must be able to commute to Bowling Green, VA. Some experience is required for this position.
