What You'll Do
As the Terminal Manager, you will:
- Lead all aspects of terminal operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Manage terminal personnel, staffing, training, and employee development.
- Oversee terminal budgets, P&L performance, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Partner with sales teams to support business growth and cultivate customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company operating standards.
- Monitor operational processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee equipment, property, leases, and terminal assets.
- Maintain accurate operational procedures and ensure adherence to company systems and processes.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Terminal, transportation, logistics, trucking, or supply chain management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience managing operational performance and financial results.
- Ability to analyze business metrics and make sound operational decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Bachelor's degree; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and related industry experience.

Work Location: 701 Visco Drive, Nashville, TN 37210
Schedule: Generally, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with after-hours engagement as needed.
Travel: Occasional travel for meetings, terminal visits, and conferences may be required.
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements
This position is primarily performed in an office environment and requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transportation and logistics operation. The physical and mental requirements of the role include:
- Sedentary physical activity requiring reaching, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, and hearing.
- Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Approximately 90% or more of the workday is spent using a computer.
- Frequent standing, walking, and general mobility throughout the terminal and office environment.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to effectively respond to and manage stressful situations as they arise.
- Occasional movement of boxes and materials from one location to another.
