Evening Campus Care - Ballwin

$17–$20 per hour based on experience    

Hours: 2:00pm-11:00pm  Summer Hours 6:30am-3:00pm

Every day, your work makes a visible difference. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining floors through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and periodic deep cleaning
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms
• Removing trash and keeping hallways and shared spaces neat and presentable
• Dusting and performing general cleaning to maintain a polished environment
• Assisting with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed

We’re looking for someone who brings both reliability and pride to their work:

• Demonstrated strong and consistent work history
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions with care
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well alongside staff and fellow custodians
• Positive, service-driven attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely use ladders up to 8 feet
• Basic English communication skills for safety and daily tasks

To be considered, candidates must have:

• 1 year of custodial experience preferred, but not required
• Completion of a fingerprint background check (applicant-paid)
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Completion of a physical exam
