Position: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $80,000 – $90,000 per year (dependent on relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee staff education programs, including orientation, in-service training, and ongoing development
- Ensure staff are properly trained, informed, and equipped to deliver high-quality care
- Lead and manage the Infection Control Program, including monitoring and prevention strategies
- Evaluate resident care outcomes, particularly related to infection control and quality standards
- Analyze data and recommend improvements or corrective actions as needed
- Monitor staff compliance with infection prevention protocols and safety measures
- Assist with staffing coverage to maintain appropriate care levels
- Participate in on-call rotation with nursing leadership
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care standards
- CPR/BCLS and IV certification required
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently
