What You'll Do

• Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and surface prepping
• Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment
• Operate curing ovens and monitor bake cycles
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality, coverage, and proper finish
• Read work orders and follow coating specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous powder coating or industrial finishing experience
• Experience with electrostatic spray equipment
• Knowledge of surface preparation and masking techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
