Position: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $80,000 – $90,000 per year (dependent on relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Nursing Services Department
- Support the development and coordination of nursing services to ensure continuity of care
- Design and implement staff education programs, including orientation, training, and ongoing development
- Lead and manage the Infection Control Program and related initiatives
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels to maintain quality care standards
- Participate in on-call rotation with nursing leadership
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care
- Strong understanding of nursing practices and long-term care regulations
- CPR/BCLS and IV certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
