Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 2nd shift-M-TH 

What's the Job?

• Assemble components according to circuit and wiring diagrams
• Read and interpret bills of material and technical prints
• Participate in cross-training to support various manufacturing tasks
• Maintain manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination during assembly
• Adhere to safety and quality standards throughout the production process

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Physical ability to stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
