Customer Service Representative - Onsite Monday through Friday
Employment Type: Contract
Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour DOE
Location: Elgin, IL
Work Hours: 10a to 6p

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company.
In this role, you’ll serve as a vital link between customers and our internal departments, ensuring orders are processed smoothly, inquiries are addressed promptly, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong communication skills, and are committed to excellence, we want to hear from you!
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2-3 years' experience in a customer service role, ideally in a corporate or B2B setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with ERP systems like Sage X3 or similar
- Strong problem-solving, research, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- High sense of urgency and dependable work ethic
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with EDI transaction sets
- Previous experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment
- Knowledge of billing and credit resolution processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in customer service within the club channels or wholesale industries advantageous
Other Requirements:
- This is a full-time onsite position working Monday through Friday, 10 am – 6 pm CST (45 hours/week)
- Ability to sit for extended periods, operate a computer, and communicate effectively
- Occasional light lifting up to 20 pounds and mobility within the workspace
