The Part Time Office Assistant will support a medium-sized office team by handling varied administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role involves reception duties, data entry, filing, and customer support to maintain an organized and efficient office environment. Knowledge or AR/AP and order entry is a plus.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties and greet visitors professionally
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval
  • Provide timely customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
  • Prepare documents and correspondence as needed
  • Maintain precise record keeping to support office operations
  • Assist as needed and be able to fill in for customer service, order entry, AR/AP

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in office administration
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in data entry and scheduling
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
