We are seeking an exceptional hospitality leader to join one of North Texas' most exciting independent fine dining concepts.
This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished General Manager or an exceptional Assistant General Manager ready for the next step who wants to help build something truly special.
You'll work directly alongside an engaged founder to lead a chef-driven, hospitality-first restaurant while developing into a future multi-unit operations leader as the company continues to grow.
What You'll Do
- Lead all front-of-house operations and daily service execution
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience across multiple dining environments
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hospitality team
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings and uphold elevated service standards
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, labor management, and operational execution
- Support P&L performance, labor, beverage, and cost controls
- Handle guest recovery with professionalism and urgency
- Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and genuine hospitality
- Serve as the primary leadership presence on the floor during service
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Current General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Senior Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role
- Experience in chef-driven, Michelin-recognized, Forbes-rated, or upscale independent restaurants strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Experience with P&L management, labor planning, and operational performance
- Wine and beverage knowledge is a plus
- Calm, detail-oriented, hospitality-first leadership style
- Long-term interest in growing with an expanding restaurant company
