Home Remodel Laborer

About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on, reliable remodeling pro to help with an active home renovation project (and future projects to follow). This is physical, varied work — no two days look the same.

Responsibilities:

• Demo (interior walls, flooring, fixtures, cabinetry)
• Drywall hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing
• Tile setting — floors, showers, backsplashes
• Landscaping and outdoor hardscape work
• General framing and carpentry assistance
• Site cleanup and material organization
• Occasional heavy lifting and equipment operation (skid steer, trailer hauling a plus)

Requirements:

• 2+ years hands-on experience in residential remodeling or construction
• Own basic hand tools (power tools provided for larger jobs)
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently and following a job schedule
• Strong attention to detail, especially on finish work (tile, drywall)
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
