Job Summary
United Employment Solutions is seeking a driven, highly organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our internal corporate team in Rancho Cucamonga. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who excels at execution, coordination, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple branches.
You will work closely with leadership to manage the corporate WordPress website, execute high-volume recruitment marketing to secure quality candidates across our 6 branch offices, and support B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate has strong technical and project management skills, an eye for premium branding, and the ability to seamlessly collaborate with regional managers and branch teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- WordPress Website Management: Maintain and update the corporate WordPress website, ensuring all content, landing pages, and partner integrations are functional, up to date, and accurately reflect our premium brand.
- Recruitment Marketing & Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract quality candidates across 6 regional offices. Optimize job board presence, manage recruitment campaigns, and ensure high-performing visibility for urgent hiring needs.
- B2B Lead Generation Support: Assist in executing campaigns to attract new business clients, utilizing CRM and sales automation tools to support outreach strategies.
- Local SEO & Plugin Optimization: Manage SEO configurations and plugins on the website to ensure high organic visibility and optimized local business listings across our regional markets.
- Social Media & Content Management: Maintain the corporate content calendar, drafting high-quality, professional posts that highlight company culture, branch milestones, and successful hiring initiatives.
- Internal Culture and Engagement: Coordinate corporate culture initiatives, including staff mixers, team-building events, employee recognition programs, and themed office spirit days to boost morale and brand visibility.
- Collateral and Vendor Management: Oversee the inventory, ordering, and distribution of premium marketing collateral, corporate gifts, and promotional items for clients and branches.
- Branch Support: Act as the primary marketing point of contact for regional managers and local recruiters, ensuring they have the necessary materials and promotional support for local hiring events.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of recruitment campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and website traffic to help refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or website coordination.
- Hands-on experience managing and updating websites built on WordPress, including working with standard plugins and page tools.
- Experience optimizing job board listings and analyzing candidate sourcing data to improve applicant flow.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO fundamentals and social media management for businesses.
- Experience or familiarity with CRMs, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and vendor relationships simultaneously.
