- Schedule
- 6 Days/Week
- 10-Hour Shifts
- 1 Week Off Every 4–5 Weeks
Must Have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Construction projects
- Utility or infrastructure projects
- Materials Receiving
- Material Control
- Logistics
- Industrial or manufacturing environments
Job Responsibilities
- Verify incoming materials against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Inspect materials for damage, quantity, and accuracy.
- Complete receiving documentation and reports.
- Take photos of deliveries for documentation.
- Enter receiving information into tracking systems (ACC or similar).
- Report material discrepancies and support QA/QC processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and site personnel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Construction
- Utility projects
- Material Receiving
- Material Control
- Logistics
- QA/QC experience is required.
- Strong documentation and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
