Pour Line Maintenance Operator

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Tupelo MS area, is seeking pour line maintenance operator to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!

Pour Line Maintenance Operator Job Summary:

· Pay: $14.52 per hour

· Shifts Available:

o 1st Shift: 6am-until Monday- Friday, OT as needed by our customer

· Operate various forms of production equipment

· Perform basic quality checks on finished product- basic maintenance checks on machines and equipment

· Meet production goals

· Adhere to proper production processes

· Follow all safety and machine safety guidelines

Pour Line Maintenance Operator Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED is required

· Previous production operator or machine operator experience is required as well as Maintenance Skills are preferred

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time

· Must be able to lift up-to 40 lbs. repeatedly

· Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
