Full Time CDL Driver for Local Landscaping Company

Ross Landcare is seeking a Full-Time Quad Axle Driver to support our landscaping, concrete, and excavation projects across Southeast Wisconsin. This role is ideal for an experienced CDL driver looking for steady work, and a team that values reliability and craftsmanship.

As a Quad Axle Driver, you’ll help keep our projects moving by safely transporting materials to and from job sites. You’ll work closely with our field crews to ensure timely deliveries and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a quad axle dump truck safely and efficiently.
• Haul materials including aggregate, soil, concrete, and equipment.
• Perform pre‐trip and post‐trip inspections to maintain vehicle readiness.
• Support project flow by running loads as needed throughout the day.
• Assist field crews during slower haul periods.

Requirements

• Valid CDL with quad axle or heavy-duty truck experience.
• Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Reliable, team‐oriented attitude.
