Responsibilities:
This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position blending Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and Retention. The ideal candidate will demonstrate agility in managing high volumes of written and verbal communication while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Deliver exceptional support to customers, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Build strong relationships and present solutions to retain customers and prevent service cancellations.
  • Work closely with management to optimize retention strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts in the CRM and vendor portals to ensure smooth service experiences.
  • Monitor and follow up on past-due balances, collaborating with customers to resolve billing issues.
  • Audit and reconcile accounts to support financial accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, overseeing client payment cycles and supporting consistent cash flow.
  • Demonstrate strong customer retention skills, presenting solutions to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Prepare accurate reports to support financial and operational decisions.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com and other PC-based tools.
  • Drive results through productivity, dependability, and initiative.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
