Job Description
We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Warehouse Order Picker to join our growing team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting customer orders using a Walkie Rider (Electric Pallet Jack), or a sit-down Forklift while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using a Walkie Rider (EPJ) or Tow Motor.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Verify products and quantities before staging orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse order picking experience required.
- Experience operating a Walkie Rider (EPJ) required. Current certification is a plus.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 15–50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with production expectations.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
- Excellent attendance and reliability are required.
Schedule
- Shift begins between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
- Employees are expected to work until the day's orders are completed, typically ends bfeor 5:30 PM.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Work Environment
- Warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes.

- Daily operation of Walkie Rider (Electric Pallet Jack) or Tow Motor equipment.
