CDL Class A Yard Driver / Logistics Associate

Pay: Competitive – DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 10-hour shifts | Rotating day and night shifts every 2 weeks

Staff Force is currently hiring a CDL Class A Yard Driver / Logistics Associate for a great opportunity with one of our clients.

This position requires a valid Class A CDL and involves operating a tractor-trailer within the WATCO facility only. No public road driving is required. Driving responsibilities are part-time, with the remainder of the shift spent assisting with warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer within the WATCO site.
• Transport materials and equipment throughout the facility.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with warehouse and logistics duties when not driving.
• Load, unload, organize, and move materials as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to maintain an efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Previous tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment in an industrial environment.
• Willingness to perform warehouse and logistics tasks when not driving.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts.

Schedule:

• Monday–Saturday
• 10-hour shifts
• Rotating day and night shifts every two weeks

Pay:

• Competitive pay based on experience (DOE)
