Job Summary

We’re seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Patient Access Specialist Scheduler to join our on-site call center team. In this role, you’ll help patients access timely care by scheduling appointments and verifying essential information. Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information
• Manage appointments across multiple providers and locations
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality
• Deliver excellent customer service over the phone

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Must be able to work on-site
• Friendly, professional, and trustworthy demeanor
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred
