Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. In this rewarding position, you will design and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers to foster meaningful progress. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral psychological evaluations to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions in various settings, including home-based environments, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, conduct intake assessments, and support diagnostic evaluations.
  • Educate families, caregivers, and educational staff on behavior management strategies and ABA techniques to promote consistency across environments.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, update medical records, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to patient assessment and treatment.
Experience:

  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health interventions, and functional assessments.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance for patient confidentiality.
  • Hands-on experience conducting behavioral therapy in home-based settings or clinical environments supporting neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Strong skills in data collection methods, behavioral psychological assessments, and diagnostic evaluation procedures.
  • Prior involvement in patient intake processes and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and supporting autism spectrum disorder support strategies is highly desirable.
