Requirements:
· Work different shifts and/or work weekends
· Manufacturing experience (highly preferred) in a Manufacturing workforce.
· Any Lean‐related continuous improvement experience is acceptable; SIS training will be provided.
· Background with Lean, WCM, Kaizen, SIS, or other CI methodologies
· Must have Supervisory Experience
Initial training may occur on day shift, with placement likely on 2nd or 3rd shift
