Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy, driven sales rep who works hard, stays motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person must be competitive, organized, and relentless about hitting goals while being a strong team player.
You will manage the entire sales process: finding new customers, quoting jobs, closing sales, overseeing production, managing projects, and following up after completion. This is not a clock-in, clock-out position — we want someone hungry to succeed and willing to put in the work.
Responsibilities
· Find and develop new customers in schools, athletic facilities, cities, parks, and commercial projects.
· Build and manage relationships with athletic directors, contractors, estimators, coaches, facilities managers, and homeowners.
· Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and close sales.
· Oversee each job from start to finish, coordinating with production and installation teams.
· Attend scheduled appointments, site visits, and meetings.
· Represent the company at trade shows and networking events to drive new business.
Follow up with customers after projects to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business.
Qualifications

· Passionate about building relationships and winning new business.
· Comfortable with math for quotes and pricing.
· Computer savvy and highly organized.
· Able to manage multiple projects at once without missing deadlines.
· Flexible schedule when needed for customer meetings, events, or travel.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Sales or business development experience preferred, but a proven work ethic and determination matter most.
