Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transport: Securely haul and deliver livestock, temperature-controlled food products, and general freight safely and on schedule across our regional routes.
• Equipment Care: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain our strict fleet safety and compliance standards.
• Compliance & Tech: Utilize modern backend logistics and ELD tools to maintain precise logging records, strictly adhering to all DOT regulations.

What Success Looks Like (Qualifications)

We are looking for professional drivers who take pride in their work, respect the lane, and take care of their equipment. To join our team, you should bring:

• The License: Valid Class A CDL, 21 years of age or older, with a clean driving record (MVR).
• The Background: Previous commercial driving experience is preferred, especially hands-on experience hauling livestock or refrigerated trailers (reefers).
• The Reliability: A self-starter attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining our excellent fleet safety record.
