Job Description
The position will need to
· Support Sales team and customers for providing, Order status information, Accounting Information, invoice generation, Follow up of overdue payments. Report deviations.
· Support Sales team and customers for setting up shipments and tracking information, follow up with transport companies.
· Step up in order entry role as needed during the high-volume seasons.
· Weekly / monthly sales and order status reports from ERP / Excell.
· Co-ordinate between the Manufacturing plant and Sales team to ensure seamless flow of information and transparency.
· Manage ERP entry of warehouse incoming material and consumption.
· Front office work. Attending to incoming calls, managing stationery
· Performs all other duties assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, must be able to perform all essential duties. To that end, the following minimum requirements are established:
Education/Experience:
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
· Min of 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
· Good communication skills both oral and written .
· Extrovert nature
· Project management skills / experience will be added advantage
· Computer savvy, experience with working with ERP , EXCELL is a must
· Knowledge of Spanish will be added advantage.
