Job Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $125,000–$150,000, depending on experience and overall qualifications.
Lead Industrial Construction Projects from Start to Finish
Snelling Talent Partners is partnering with a well-established engineering and construction organization to identify an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from planning through installation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys leading projects, collaborating with customers and field teams, managing budgets and schedules, and driving successful project execution.
Candidates located in the St. Louis area who are willing to travel to Columbus, MS during the installation phase are encouraged to apply. Per diem is provided for approved travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from kickoff through installation and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Manage contracts, project changes, RFIs, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
- Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer.
- Commercial or industrial construction project experience required.
- OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 may be obtained after hire).
- Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel during project installation.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification.
- Mechanical or electrical project experience.
Schedule
- Office hours are typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
- During active project phases, field schedules may require flexibility, including workdays of up to 10 hours.
Compensation & Benefits
- Direct Hire opportunity
- $100,000-$125,000 annual salary
- Per diem provided for qualifying travel
