What You'll Do

• Operate manual mills, lathes, and CNC machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Produce precision-machined parts while maintaining tight tolerances
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, and program edits (position dependent)
• Maintain quality standards and a safe, organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating manual and/or CNC machines
• Blueprint reading skills
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
