We’re looking for an outgoing, organized team member who’s comfortable on the phone and enjoys working with people. This role involves high-volume outbound calls, phone screenings, and scheduling interviews for manufacturing and warehouse positions.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential candidates
• Conduct brief phone screenings and share job details
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams
• Communicate via phone, email, and computer systems
• Keep candidate information organized and up to date

Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing or warehouse knowledge is a plus
• Friendly, reliable, and team oriented
