Handyman Worker / Home Maintenance Technician

OSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking for a skilled, reliable, and professional Handyman / Home Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will preform a wide-range of residential repair, maintenance, and home improvement services at the client's property. We work in Albuquerque metro area's and surrounding. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General maintenance and handyman knowledge and experience that includes but not limited to general home maintenance conducted with professionalism, respect, coordination, clarity and written process of job evaluation and job reporting.

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail in all tasks performed.

• Conduct a thorough walk-through with client and inspect area(s) with work evaluation.

• Demonstrate competency across multiple home repair and maintenance disciplines.

• Strong organization and time management skills (working in-between multiple jobs at a-time).

• Ability to read and interpret basic diagrams, measurements, and job instructions.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work - pulling, pushing, lifting, kneeling, and climbing.

• Ability to uphold OSHA Safety Standards, Contractor regulations and procedures, and company policy and expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 Years of combined experience of on the job and education of handyman or general contractor previous work experience.

• Basic Knowledge, Skills, Abilities related to all general maintenance and handyman work expectations.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and proper use of tools and equipment.

• Familiar with general carpentry, dry wall repair and painting touch-ups, home appliance (non-gas) repair's, electrical repairs, plumbing, door and window's replacement and clean-up, exterior maintenance and general home modifications.

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background checks (criminal history screening, and professional reference check)

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance is required with a passing driving record clarence.

• Working inside and outside all types in weather conditions.

• Medium to heavy work, requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting to a maximum of 100 lbs, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs continuously.

• Good hand and eye coordination are essential, including the ability to ascend and descend ladders and stairs, and perform repetitive/continuous tasks according to set procedures and sequences.
