Customer Service Representative/Rental Car Agent

As a Customer Service Representative / Rental Car Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring our rental vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare rental cars, SUVs, and trucks for customer pickup by cleaning and detailing both the interior and exterior.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including checking and refilling windshield washer fluid, monitoring tire pressure, and inflating tires as needed.
• Learn and use the company’s rental management system to process vehicle rentals and returns.
• Complete vehicle inspections and inventory records accurately.
• Make, confirm, modify, and extend customer reservations.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally, providing accurate information and outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers with questions, rental agreements, and any issues that arise during the rental process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Training
No prior rental car experience is required. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for vehicle preparation, customer service, computer systems, rental transactions, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
