Bathroom Remodeler

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bath Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all phases of residential bath remodeling, from demolition to final installation. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to manage projects efficiently while working collaboratively with a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all stages of bath remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction.
• Perform finish carpentry, including trim work, door hanging, and cabinetry and vanity installation.
• Accurately install various flooring materials, including LVP, LVT, and tile.
• Read and interpret contracts and schematics to guide project execution.
• Conduct basic plumbing and electrical tasks in compliance with safety codes.
• Perform tasks such as drywall installation, plastering, and caulking.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work site at all times.
• Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to meet project timelines and specifications.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential bath remodeling.
• Proficiency in carpentry, flooring installation (tile, LVP/LVT), and general construction.
• Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing and basic electrical systems.
• Experience with drywall, plastering, caulking, and other finishing techniques.
• Ability to use and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
