Lead the Guest Experience at Missouri Wine Country's Newest Restaurant

Adam Puchta Winery is seeking an experienced Bartender / Shift Lead to help launch our exciting new restaurant, brewery, and wine bar in historic downtown Hermann.

We're looking for someone who combines outstanding bartending skills with leadership ability. You'll help create memorable guest experiences while assisting with the day-to-day operation of the front of house.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages

• Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

• Lead and support the front-of-house team during assigned shifts

• Help train and mentor new team members

• Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns professionally

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

• Ensure compliance with all responsible alcohol service guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience

• Previous shift lead, supervisor, or restaurant leadership experience preferred

• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
